73 reviews. April 5th 2019, 8:17 am. Purchased at: H-E-B. I only use these diapers now. With my first baby I used Pampers and Huggies. I tried Luvs and I HATED those!!! But when my first son got a little bigger I tried HEB diapers and they were soft, absorbent, and did not ever cause any irritation or diaper rash.
A number of them preferred the Target brand, or just stuck with Pampers. Odd, since Luvs and Pampers are made by the same company. We used Pampers with DS, so that's what I'll try for this LO (another boy), and give the Target diapers a go again, too.
